On Saturday November 12, 2011, I had a conversation with Roger Le Roque, co-author of Disneyland Postcards – A Complete Checklist and Historical Guide about the existence of these cards; it appears no one has ever seen them. My question was where the information about the cards in the check list came from? On page ii of the Complete Checklist and Historical Guide, the “acknowledgements” list several individuals and companies that contributed to the guide. Among them is Mike Roberts of Mike Roberts Color Productions who, coincidentally, was a personal friend of Roger’s uncle. Roger states orders are placed for a product but sometimes the product is never completed nor delivered. It is quite possible this is the case with these cards. Disneyland could have placed an order for the cards and for some unknown reason the order was neither produced nor delivered. So it appears these cards can be listed as “not known” until such time as one or all of the cards surfaces.

There are 10 cards in this set, not counting the variations.
